The printed piece is only part of an installation brief. Describe the location, surface, access and work that needs to happen on site. Installation is quoted separately from the graphic or sign, with responsibilities confirmed before scheduling.
Identify the surface or support, approximate dimensions, height and access constraints. Say whether old graphics must be removed or the surface needs preparation. Measurement, fixing and finishing details need review against the actual location.
Describe the glass, wall finish, surface condition and any recent painting or existing graphics. Record which side of the glass is accessible and what must remain clear. Material choice and installation method need to be reviewed together.
List the display pieces, venue, loading arrangements and required setup and teardown times. Identify any supplied hardware, restricted access or venue-managed work. Request teardown explicitly rather than assuming it accompanies setup.
Service area, site suitability, crew arrangements and scheduling are confirmed for the specific job. A product quote or requested date is not an installation booking.
Permits, landlord or venue consent, engineering, electrical work and regulated or safety-signage requirements must be assigned explicitly where relevant. None is implied by a general installation request.
