For cards, flyers, postcards, posters and door hangers, state the finished size, printed sides and copies per design. Note any shaped cut, hole or special finish instead of assuming it comes with the product name.

Start with what the reader should take away. A handout, a mailed piece and a presentation folder each call for a different format, paper and sequence of information. Describe the idea or your existing artwork; identify what still needs to be worked out.
For cards, flyers, postcards, posters and door hangers, state the finished size, printed sides and copies per design. Note any shaped cut, hole or special finish instead of assuming it comes with the product name.
For brochures and booklets, distinguish the open size from the finished size. List the intended page count, reading order and fold or binding request. Final artwork settings depend on the confirmed construction.
For folders and related inserts, describe what needs to fit inside, the pocket arrangement and each separate printed item. Match versions and quantities deliberately; ordering a folder does not automatically include its contents.
Paper stock, finishing and the production specification are confirmed per quote. Existing poster examples in the catalog remain distinct from a newly scoped paper job.
If the piece is intended for mailing, identify that use before design is finalized. Printing a postcard does not include mailing, postage, address-list handling or postal approval.
Use the project inquiry form to name the service and share the brief above. We will review the details; submitting a request does not approve production.
Project inquiries are open. Online ordering and artwork uploads are not available. Final scope, specifications, price, timing and fulfillment need confirmation before production. Do not include artwork files, payment information or sensitive details in your inquiry.
